Besides increasing the level of confidence, an increase in our sex appeal is one of our main motives behind the tremendous workout we carry out in the gym even though we may not openly admit it. In order to achieve that goal, it is better that we focus on the three main parts of our body for that perfect and balanced muscle building.
Let us get started with the abs. Crunches, bridge, side bridge and medicinal ball workouts are by far the best alternatives for achieving the much craved for six-pack abs. Inculcate resistance training to these parts of the body to achieve maximal leverage with least amount of time.
With regards to muscle training, resistance training is something that you want to explore. Resistance training in my definition is to take your weights slowly. Meaning if you are doing many reps for say bicep curls. What you can do is to slow that lifting motion and to hold it there for 5 seconds.
By doing that you will experience that your muscles may actually be shaking as it is really burning. This will greatly reduce your training time and it is effective because it assist in building up your muscles during the recovery phase
Next we move on to that part of our body which exerts a pull on the hearts of every lady; the biceps and triceps. For that you better concentrate on the very well known exercises such as pull downs, seated row and chin-ups.
Give your lady a sense of security with your well built chest. To have a perfect chest you need to do various chest exercises such as with the exercise balls.
By now, it must be very clear that the parts of our body which women consider sexy boils down to only three things, the arms, the abs and the perfect male torso.
Just follow these three key exercises for muscle building and I bet that you will find lots of women hovering around you.
